Allergies, It’s Not a Choice

In my last post I mentioned about the ethical issues surrounding why I was going to try and go vegan in January. However, it’s more than just the ethical reasons I’m concerned about. As some of you know from previous posts, I have both a gluten and milk allergy meaning that technically I’m already half way there to being a vegan. But what is life like following this choice to become a vegan? Is it any easier or are people supposedly deprived of their *only* protein source of meat (more on this coming soon!). I guess it’s time to find out!

Happy Beautiful day folks,

Kate
