What Phantom of the Opera Teaches Us about Depression

Night time sharpens, heightens each sensation,

(that’s true given I can’t sleep at night)

Darkness wakes and stirs imagination,

(I live for the nights when I can dream)
Silently the senses abandon their defenses
( I get a little peace at night time when I can sleep)

Helpless to resist the notes I write
For I compose the music of the night

(night time is when I write best)

More coming soon in psychoanalysis of the character

Happy Beautiful day folks,

CEFO Zest and Fresh
