What? Creating a happier workforce

The situation: Instead of daily meetings, the whole team holds a ‘daily standup at 10am’ which allows the team to share what they’er working on in pairs. During this time a Viking hat with 2 horsn is passed around to allow for equal sharing between the pairs. Additioanlly, an afternoon walk is chedules at 3pm to allow for team builing and refreshment in the fresh air.

The outcome: Productivity and creativity is increased as well as a more cohesive team. I hope to build on both of these principles as a foundation of my company.
