Fear has 3 levels:
The first is the situation: eg. I’m scared of this interview because I’m afraid I wont get the job
The second level is the state of mind: eg the fear of failure or rejection.
So in a situation the second level could be: I’m afraid of going to this interview because I’m afraid of the fear of failure.
The third level is that we can’t cope with the challenges of life. So this begs the question in a work environment, you’re afraid of this interview because you’re afraid of failing. And you’re afraid of failing as basically you’re afraid of rejection and not being wanted. So this begs the question, if you always felt wanted would you be less afraid of your job interview? Would love to know your comments below.
Lesson of the day- don’t ever let fear hold you back!
